We are closing in on that 100% mark, but we still have a way to go and we are running out of time. We can do it. If each of us invites a worthy VFW member that we know or one from the Post we belong to, we can be far above and beyond the 100% mark. Let's do it for our Grand of Wisconsin and the Military Order of the Cootie.

We have made some progress since the January report, but we still need to step up our efforts to get our delinquent members reinstated and replace those who are no longer with us. Let's make this the first year in a long time that will realize a growth in membership instead of the steady decline that we have experienced in the past. Let's "Increase and Multiply."

 As you can see, we have a way to go! Let’s get ‘er done. It’s everybody’s responsibility to recruit new members, and reinstate those who have let their membership lapse. That means everyone. From the most senior Cootie to the newest Nit. This organization will last only as long as every Cootie cares enough make sure that we “Increase and Multiply.” Congratulations to PT 21 for going over 100%, and kudos to the Pup Tents who are closing in on that 100% mark. I know we can do it!
