2010-2011 Pup Tent Election Report
Posted at 9:19 AM on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 by Debra Walker
Good Day Cooties,The new Election Report form is available. Because sheet 1 is in landscape format 11 x 8.5 and page 2 is in portrait format 8.5 x 11, they have been added to this document separately to allow for ease of printing. The scale should be set to "fit to printable area" in both cases. Please print a copy of each for your PT Seam Squirrel.

Wondering
Posted at 11:04 AM on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 by Debra Walker
From the Desk of the Grand Quartermaster:I am wondering why I haven't heard from the following Pup Tents on membership: Pup Tents 5, 15, 23, 28, and 39. There are only four months left in this Cootie year and we are lacking in membership. When you collect membership dues please send a check from the pup tent, membership cards, and the membership summary form to Grand CCDB Ken Patterson, W11624 State Hwy 64, Withee, Wi, 54498. You may not have attained 100% membership even though you think you have. Please contact the me to be sure you have. I am trying to keeping better track of membership than Supreme HQ does.

The Winds of Change are Blowing
Posted at 7:51 AM on Sunday, November 22, 2009 by Debra Walker
Good day Cooties,I recently received a letter from Bob Clem Sr. who is running for Supreme Adjutant/Quartermaster in 2010-2011. Please read this letter at your next scratch and discuss it. If you feel that a change is needed and that Bob Clem is the man for the job, let your Grand Commander know at the Grand Convention in April so the will of the Pup Tents in our Grand prevails when our Grand Commander votes at the next Supreme Convention.
Have a good Thanksgiving Holiday.

Pup Tent 3 "PLASTER OF PARIS" Upcoming events
Posted at 9:29 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 by Debra Walker
Greetings Fellow Cooties,
Here’s some information on what the members of Pup Tent 3 “Plaster of Paris” are doing to fulfill their "Duties as Cooties."
Stoughton Cooties will visit the Skaalen Nursing home, the V.A. Hospital and visit schools to lead the Veterans Day ceremonies. Madison V.A. will be visited Nov. 10th by Marine Corps League w/ Cootie members to celebrate their birthday. Special Hospital approved treats will be passed out to all patients. Cootie Christmas will be held December 11–12. Pup Tent 3 has made donations to the Grand of Michigan.
Stoughton will hold a benefit for a baby born with heart problems. The father, a veteran, was mustered out of the Air Force and no is longer eligible for military insurance. His young son has undergone several operations and numerous complications. It seems every time the Doc’s fix one thing, some other problem arises. The benefit will be here at the VFW Post 328 hall at 200 Veterans Rd, Stoughton WI 53589, on December 5th beginning at noon. We hope all will attend. God's most precious gift to any parent is a healthy child. When it is otherwise we Cooties need to do our best to help make it right. Especially if that parent has served his country in the Armed Forces of the US.
Cooties will have another Hot Dog sale in the bar October 17th. We will conduct Bingo at the Skaalen Home on Monday, October 19th 1:00pm.
January 10, 2010 is our District Meeting. We are hosting so let’s have a good showing. Besides, do you really want to miss a breakfast of S.O.S.???? Meeting at 10:30am breakfast is 8:30ish?
The Cooties in PT 3 are "busy as a bee" rolling up their sleeves and pitching in to attend to the needs of their fellow veterans and I know that all of their fellow Cooties will help them when and where possible.
Corrections are as follows:
#1) Pup Tent 3 meetings start at 6:00 pm not 6:30 pm.
#2) The date for the benefit for baby boy Ash Guiles is December 6th not December 5th as was printed in the minutes.

PT 38 WAT-O-MA Newsletter

Fellow Cooties,Hey all y'all - it's time to start scratching again. The PT 38 "Cootie Itch" for October is published (though a bit belatedly). As most of you know I am a sophomore in college. This term is particularly challenging because I am attempting Calculus and General Chemistry at the same time. It keeps me occupied.
Forgive me for I digress. Enjoy your monthly "Itch."

October General Orders
Posted at 1:48 PM on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 by Debra Walker
Hey Gang,I apologize for the late date of the General Orders but I have been studying intensely for two exams and one quiz in one week. The subjects are by no means "throwaway" courses. I am currently enrolled in Calculus, General Chemistry, and Global Social Problems. Believe me, it keeps me hopping!
If anyone has questions regarding the General Orders, please call or email me. I'm in the roster book.
