Completing Forms

Over the last few months I have received hundreds of reports. Many of the reports I have received are not correctly filled in making it very hard to record for national. One common mistake that is made is not completing the individual post information. I have even received a few that does not identify which post, which district and who is reporting. It makes it impossible to record the information but because the reports were emailed I was able request the needed information.When filling out the information please use the online forms or the forms included in the program manual if the reports are going to be mailed to Department. If you do not have access to the internet or do not have a program book Department will furnish you with forms.
Many posts are not adding totals for each form requiring me to try to and guess how many hours, miles and etc. should be used for each category as well as doing the math. For me to do the math may seem like a minor inconvenience but if you consider there are over 300 posts times 4 reports it adds up to many hours each reporting period.
