AUDITS & INSPECTIONS REPORT UPDATED THROUGH 6/12/09
THE CURRENT PAR REPORTING PERIOD ENDED APRIL 30, 2009
All Post Action Reports for the 2008/2009 Program Year MUST HAVE BEEN submitted before April 30, 2009.
Activities taking place on or after May 1st will be recorded for the 2009/2010 Program Year.
The Wisconsin VFW Reports Section has been reorganized. Post Action Report Summary is updated through the April 30th Deadline. Please note that the pdf document is now arranged by district to make your browsing easier and faster. To find you Post, click on the proper District (i.e. District 1, District 2, etc.) and then search for your Post Number.
Next year, again, all Community Service, Hospital and other Activity Reports are combined into one Post Action Report. Please refer to your newe Programs/Membership Manual when it arrives. (In the meantime, you may continue entering reports online)
Reports must be filed electronically. Click on the E-Mail & Forms link (above, on all pages) and then select Department Forms from the drop-down menu.
The new Post Action Report is a fully-automated electronic report. To view a short instructional video demonstrating how to create a login and password for online reporting, CLICK HERE. Reporting online is the quickest, most accurate way to keep your Post's activities current. (You may file a mail-in report, but processing will take additional time.)
Please note: Information reported on outdated forms (from prior years), whether submitted via an old e-file version or via the USPS (standard mail) will no longer be accepted. (The reasons for this include the fact that this information may be substantially incomplete, and also requires too much hand-entry time.) Information submitted on outdated forms (from prior years) will not be accepted.
All Posts are to use the new automated reporting system.
Thank you for your patience & cooperation, and for all you are doing for the VFW, all Veterans and the communities you serve.
