Hogge-Tate Memorial VFW Post and Ladies' Auxiliary 824 Bring Holiday Cheer
(And Santa) to Hampton (VA) Veterans
Posted at 6:49 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2008 by post824 in Post News
On Thursday, December 18th 2008 twelve members of VFW Post and Auxiliary 824 Grafton, VA were joined by one member of VFW Post 8252 Gloucester, VA in bringing holiday cheer and refreshments to the Veterans at the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. An annual tradition, this year was no different - as always S. Claus, Mrs. S. Claus and S. Claus II came bearing gifts and glad tidings of the season. And, as always, the food was gone with a flourish and the singing was a load and clear reminder that these veterans as well as all veterans are foremost in the thoughts of their sisters and brothers in the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
May God Bless Them All - and You and Yours this Holiday Season. Best Wishes for a Happy New Year from
Hogge-Tate Memorial VFW Post and Auxiliary 824.
