Lebanon VFW QM leads District 18

    The Lebanon VFW Quartermaster Vernon "Butch" LaMont was recently elected the Commander of the 18th District of the Dept of Mo VFW. Commander LaMont recently held his School of Instruction for the posts of the 18th District.  A story complete with photos can be found at District 18.

Proposed Changes to the By-Laws and Manual of Procedure

    The final version of the proposed changes to the By Laws and Manual of Procedure are out.  I have uploaded them to DocStoc and you can follow the links to read them and even save to your computer for further study.

District 18 School of Instruction

    The "School of Instruction" for the 18th District will be held on July 25th at Cabool VFW Post 473.  It will begin at 10:00 a.m. but please try to come a little early.  All District 18 Post Commanders, Quartermasters and Service Officers should attend.  Other Post members are urged to attend.  Good time to learn and have questions answered.
