Col Richard McGearey (left) receiving a donation from Iris Joe Kelley, Quartermaster of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3770 of Mountain Grove, Mo. VFW Post 3770 makes an annual donation to the local area schools for their "Project Grad" Celebrations.
